Paul Onwuanibe began his career in the ‘built environment’ with a formal education in architecture, property development and construction management, together with an MBA from the London Business School. Paul has over 20 years in the professional experience of design and execution of projects in Africa, USA and Europe. He served as development director with Beacon Housing, in UK.
Paul was the executive with responsibility for the property and logistics team of Regus plc during its rapid expansion years, which oversaw the opening of 190 business centres globally. He is now running landmark group – the company which he founded in 1997 and now successfully operates from offices across five continents.

KABIR AUDU

Kabir Audu is the Structuring & Investment Director at Muele Development. He is also the Founder and Managing Partner of Artemis Capital Limited (ACL) Nigeria. Prior to founding ACL, Mr. Audu co-founded Horizon Capital Investment (HCI) Limited Nigeria and Athena Capital Limited (ACL) Nigeria, and before then he worked for Citigroup’s Investment Banking arm, Salomon Smith Barney, in New York.
Mr. Audu graduated Magna Cum Laude from The University of Notre Dame in Indiana, United States of America. He obtained a Bachelor in Business Administration (B.B.A) with a concentration in Finance, Business Economics, and the Middle East & Mediterranean Studies.
Mr. Audu is currently the President of the University of Notre Dame Alumni Club of Nigeria and a member of the highly selective New York-based SEO organization.

Mustafa Chike-Obi

Mustafa Chike-Obi was appointed Chairman of the Board of Fidelity Bank in July 2020. Prior to his appointment, he served as Executive Chairman at Alpha African Advisory.
He has held several managerial and leadership positions in reputable global investment banking and asset management firms such as Chase Merchant Bank, Goldman Sachs, Shoreline Group, Bear Stearns and Guggenheim Partner, amongst others, where he acquired a broad knowledge base in capital market operations in both mature and emerging markets. This includes the development and marketing of fixed income securities products to institutional investors. It is also noteworthy that he created the Treasury Department concept in Nigerian banking and headed the first one.
Mustafa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and a Master’s in Business Administration from Stanford School of Business, California, USA. He seats on the board of several blue-chip companies.

Tolu Alero-Ladipo

Ari Firoozabadi

Mr. Ari firoozabadi is the co-founder, president and chief executive officer of Greysteel and Red Ace Capital Management. Mr. Firoozabadi has a simple philosophy; clients are best served by a tightly integrated, collaborative and conflict free platform.
He attributes his success to a hands-on and highly proactive approach, engaging with all parties of a transaction to produce a winning result. Recognized as an authority on private and institutional quality commercial real estate, he has successfully represented and closed over 200 investment and multi-family transactions throughout the nation and has consistently ranked as one of the most active multi-family transaction professionals.
He serves as the Rotating Chairman of the Greysteel Company, LLC’s multifamily investment sale, debt/equity placement and analyst training/team building committees. He was associated with a national real estate investment services firm, where he served as Senior Director, Top Producer and Leader of their Mid-Atlantic multi-housing group. Outside of the office, he is an avid cyclist, snow boarder and participates in multiple philanthropic organizations.
He holds a B.S. from George Mason University with majors in Finance and Marketing. He is Principle Broker in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia.

Michael Ward

Michael is an Operating Partner at Impact Venture Capital. He provides strategic counsel and execution support across several areas to Impact’s investment activities and the Fund’s portfolio companies. His work focuses on connecting other venture capital firms in sourcing and co-investing in transactions.
Prior to Impact, Michael was a Co-Founder and Partner at Garrison Strategic Advisors where he provided strategic counsel and transactional services in support of consulting, growth capital and recapitalization engagements, as well as turnaround services.
Prior to that, Michael was a Co-Founder and Partner of Nobska Group where he advised companies on critical management issues affecting performance and growth.
His professional experience in finance and venture capital includes serving as Vice President of O’Donnell Davis Management, Inc., a Senior Management Consultant with CSC Index, and work for The Equitable Companies in corporate finance and legislative affairs in the Office of the Chairman.
Michael attended Harvard Law School and Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business. He completed his undergraduate studies at Harvard College, with honors in History and Science and as a Harvard National Scholar. He serves as an Adjunct Professor at the Robert H. Smith School of Business and previously served on the Investment Advisory Board for the State of Maryland’s Enterprise Investment Fund, the Maryland Historical Society, the Oversight Committee for the Regional Transportation Board, the Maryland Historical Trust, the Institute for Christian and Jewish Studies and Ocean Race Chesapeake, Inc.
